Overview: The Zmart Rewards Program is a service of Zoomers Messengers. This program is provided for all eligible clients of Zoomers Messengers. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility: The Zmart Rewards Program is limited to current Zoomers Messengers clients, except as otherwise determined by bargaining unit representation. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Zmart Rewards is available after eligibility is severed.

Change: Zoomers Messengers reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time. Zoomers Messengers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Zoomers Messengers at its sole discretion.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible client is automatically enrolled in the The Zmart Rewards Program and is assigned a user login and password, used to gain access to The Zmart Rewards Program web site, once the client has met the criteria set forth by Zoomers Messengers. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.

Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of Zmart Rewards begins when an eligible participant receives a nomination and that nomination is approved by the appropriate Manager, or a Manager, Director, or Vice President awards points from their discretionary account. Eligible participants may also earn points by participating in Promotional Events - although points are not guaranteed solely on the basis of event participation. Points will be awarded in accordance with the rules governing the Promotional Event, as established The Zmart Rewards Program Administrator. There is no backdating of enrollment to retroactively award Zmart Rewards.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

1. Any Zmart Rewards not redeemed before a maximum of 90 days of not using Zoomers Messengers service will expire.
2. Zmart Rewards may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The Zmart Rewards you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Zmart Rewards to another cardholder. Zmart Rewards have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

1. Zoomers Messengers reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Zmart Rewards On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of Zmart Rewards Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Zmart Rewards point balances.

Termination of Program: Zoomers Messengers reserves the right to terminate the Zmart Rewards Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Zmart Rewards must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from The Zmart Rewards On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Zmart Rewards On-Line Catalog.

Promotional Events: From time to time, Zoomers Messengers, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Zmart Rewards Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Zoomers Messengers or any of its affiliates or agents. Zoomers Messengers will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, provincial and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Zoomers Messengers. The information collected on this web site will be used by Zoomers Messengers in connection with The Zmart Rewards Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-Zoomers Messengers or non-Zoomers Messengers third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
